Byetone Talks Minimalism and Raster Noton (Slices DVD Feature)

I’ve been researching the German electronic minimalist quite a bit lately and in particular I have been really focusing on some of the Raster Noton artists.

I’ve been enamored with much of the work of Carsten Nicolai aka Alva Noto, but it is Byetone’s body of work which resonates with me most. I came across this great video produced by Electronic Beats Magazine and thought I should share it.

As I’m writing this I am listening to Death of a Typeographer. What a gem!

Enjoy.
